Under the Tenant Fee Act which came into effect 1st June 2019 there have been some changes to the fee’s tenants pay when entering into a tenancy on or after 1st June 2019.
Equivalent to one weeks rent of the advertised property. This is refundable upon successful completion of referencing.
Equivalent to five weeks rent of the advertised property. All Deposits are protected under the TDS Tenancy Deposit Scheme which is a government approved deposit protection service for landlord, agents and tenants.
A late payment charge will be applied to any tenancy where the rent is over 14 days late. This will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate of interest.
